My blood pressure was decent - 138/72. Higher than normal, but much better than lately. I am still only dilated 1cm but I'm now 70% effaced (I was 50% before). The doctor said the baby is ready, he just needs to make an appearance. He also said he doesnt want me going past next Wednesday, so we'll see what happens. I think that was about all from my appointment. I go again on Friday for an appointment and a non-stress test. I'll be 39 weeks 3 days then.
